Our standard laundry uses cold wash & 60°C tumble-dry. This process is not suitable for delicate garments and will cause shrinkage or damage:

Deep stains (grease, ink, mold, color bleeding) require special care. For complete whitening and stain removal, we charge per item (piece-based) and require 3 days to process. If you do not have enough time, we can perform a quick pre-brushing treatment instead, though please note it may not remove the stains completely.
We can collect and return your laundry at hotel reception. Please provide your full name and room number in advance to authorize reception handover.
To wash bags separately (for white/color sorting or groups), please notify us in advance. Each separate wash request is billed as an independent order.
Standard orders (non-express) are processed and returned within 24 to 36 hours from pickup.

You can pay in cash directly to our delivery staff upon return, or via local bank transfer (we provide bank account details during booking confirmation) or international cards.
All standard weight-based laundry orders will be completed and returned within 24 to 36 hours. Express service options (6-hour or 4-hour combos) are available upon request.
Our Wash & Fold service (by kg) does not include ironing. If you need ironing, please use our dedicated pressing service. See detailed pricing here.
